		<description>I always walk around in the house with out shoes and can not wait to get my first pair of VFF this week. I don&#039;t think should be too hard for me to know how to walk in them then may start to try running to get back in shape.</description>

		<description>Great advice, though builds up a bit slow for trained long distance runners except perhaps for the bad heel strikers. 
I would recommend to keep the VFFs for short runs in the beginning, and a transitional shoe like the Kinvara for longer runs to have some support when running form deteriorates at the end.</description>
