I have still not learned this lesson, despite it being beat over my thick skull more times than I care to count :) The 10% rule is the only immutable, non-negotiable rule I&#039;ve ever come across in running, and for all the times I&#039;ve defied it and gotten kicked in the butt you&#039;d think I&#039;d have learned something. &lt;br&gt;Alas.
