Thanks. Yes, trail running is a great place to leave busy thoughts behind, gain some clarity and perspective, and, as you said so well, just be. We can learn a lot from running the trails!

Good, sage advice. Too often we overthink things which ends up making us stuck. And, I feel the same way about trail running… it’s the place I go when I need to stop thinking and just BE.
